Details (Max 1000 characters):: Adult day services (ADS) are designed to meet the needs of adult participants who are functionally, physically or cognitively impaired, socially isolated, frail, or may be suffering from Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or memory loss. These services are provided at The Caring Tree Adult Day Center, located at 512 Caldwell Avenue, Oconto Falls (inside the Oconto Falls Senior Center). The hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00 to 4:00 pm. The Caring Tree is a state certified day center and provides services in a caring, home-like environment. Our staff is fully trained, are state certified Dementia Care Specialists, and continue their education on a yearly basis to provide quality care to all individuals who may attend. Some of our services at The Caring Tree include: Group and Individual Activities; Recreation and Exercise; Community Outings and Youth Involvement; Socialization; Hot Noon Meals and Snacks; Assistance with Personal Cares
