Details (Max 1000 characters):: Mayfair Adult Day Care is a center-based adult behavioral day program serving developmentally disabled residents in Orange County, CA. We provide specialized care for residents with autism, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and cognitive disabilities. We work closely with the Regional Center of Orange County to develop meaningful lifelong skills for all of our consumers. Our program operates in a spacious building configured to provide all level of care for consumers. Our location is a learning center where employees (coaches) can engage and encourage participants to learn meaningful life skills. We are centrally located near parks, recreation, sports and cultural centers; where consumers participate in year-round activities. Our Coaches and Management team regularly attend Professional Development training. We encourage employees to combine their strengths to create a positive teamwork atmosphere, and encourage participants. We value and respect all participants, and our goal is for them to live a sustainable, long-term, effective lifestyle.
